Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened or tampered with to ensure the highest hygiene standards.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unopened jewelry in its original box and include a copy of your RMA form to ensure your return is processed correctly.
Ship the Item
Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our returns department; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receive Your Refund
