Since many of our pieces are handcrafted to your specific specifications, custom orders typically take 4 to 8 weeks to manufacture and ship. In-stock items are processed within 2 business days.

Does your jewelry come with a warranty?

Yes, Anatometal offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues like stone loss or threading failure, but does not cover accidental damage or loss.

Can I return body jewelry if it doesn't fit?

To maintain strict hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on body jewelry once the heat-sealed packaging has been opened. Please ensure your sizing is correct before purchasing.

Is your jewelry safe for initial piercings?

Absolutely. Our jewelry is hand-polished to a mirror finish to remove surface imperfections, making it the industry standard for safe healing in both fresh and healed piercings.
